A Magic End to the Tournament Season for the Wee Blues at Stirling County!

The Wee Blues took a full contingent of teams on the road to Stirling County this past weekend for our final tournament of the season, and it certainly didn't disappoint. True to form for a Scottish rugby weekend, the weather threw a bit of everything at us—we enjoyed some glorious patches of sun, but the kids also had to dig deep and battle through the rain. Regardless of the changing conditions, what a wonderful way to wrap up our tournament fixtures!

It was a phenomenal turnout from the club across the board. A massive special mention has to go to our P3 group. They travelled with an incredible squad of 19 players, which allowed us to successfully field two full teams on the day. Seeing those numbers and that level of enthusiasm on the pitch is absolutely fantastic.

There were standout performances across every single age grade, with the players really stepping up and showing what they've learned this year. We were thrilled to see some fantastic milestones, including a great debut performance from Murray in the P6s, who slotted right into the action. A massive cheer also goes to Matilda in the P4s, who crossed the line for an absolutely brilliant try!

While there were no actual trophies handed out by the organizers on this occasion, several of our teams played phenomenal rugby and went completely unbeaten against some tough competition. If there had been silverware on the line, we undoubtedly would have been coming back down the road with a very large haul of it.

Although this marks our last tournament, the rugby isn't quite over just yet. We want to wish all the players the very best of luck as they prepare for the final matches of the season up at Kinross next week.

The kids have been absolutely magic all year, and this weekend's fantastic effort from everyone involved was a brilliant way to finish off the tournament season. We couldn't be prouder!
