NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Clubhouse, Beveridge Park, Balwearie Road, Kirkcaldy KY2 5LT on Thursday 23rd May 2024 at 8pm (2000hrs) for the following purposes:
Principal Business
To transact any ordinary business of the Company, including:
1 Welcome by Chairperson
2 Apologies for absence.
4 To approve Minutes of AGM held on 25th May 2023
5 To address matters arising from these minutes.
6 Chairperson’s report.
7 Treasurer’s report, including financial statements for season 2023-24 and setting of membership fees for season 2024-25.
8 Re-appointment of Auditors - To reappoint the auditors and to authorise the directors to fix their remuneration.
9 Retiral, re-election and election of directors.
10 Election of President.
11 Any other competent business.
