5 To address matters arising from these minutes.

6 Chairperson’s report.

7 Treasurer’s report, including financial statements for season 2024/25 and setting of membership fees for season 2025/26

8 Re-appointment of Auditors - To reappoint the auditors and to authorise the directors to fix their remuneration.

9 Retiral, re-election and election of directors.

10 Election of President.

11 Any other competent business.
