The Blues host Glasgow side Hillhead Jordanhill in the semi-final of the National League Cup, kick-off 3pm at Beveridge Park.
After last week's dramatic win against Berwick with a last minute try, Kirkcaldy make two changes to the starting lineup. Mark Duckett replaces Marcus Salt in the front row and Avi Nailatica comes in for Cammy Pilmer at Centre, while Matt Collins returns to the squad on the bench.
Hills route to the semi-final began with wins against Allan Glen's (37-30) and Hamilton (53-12) in the pool stage before overcoming Dumfries Saints 24-17 after extra time in their quarter-final two weeks ago. Kirkcaldy opened with a draw away to Falkirk (39-39) and win against Howe of Fife (32-19), then progressed from the last eight with victory at home to Berwick (17-14).
The clubs last met in the 2016-17 season, with two one-sided wins for Kirkcaldy as Hillhead Jordanhill were relegated from National League Division 2. However they have since regrouped in National 3 and have recently been in promotion contention, as runners-up to Gordonians in 2022-23 and again this season, twice beating eventual champions Howe of Fife.
The winners of this match will play at Murrayfield in the National League Cup final on Saturday 19th April as part of Silver Saturday, against either GHK or Gordonians.
