At U10s, players continue to build confidence and game understanding while developing their technical rugby skills.

Players continue to build their tackling, ball-carrying and defensive skills while learning to recognise and exploit space more effectively.

Regular Sunday fixtures, festivals and tournaments provide opportunities to put training into practice throughout the season and continue their rugby development in a fun and supportive environment.

Players train every Sunday from 10:00am to 11:00am and Wednesday from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.
