Kirkcaldy RFC

The U8s squad is where players move from Micros into structured age-grade rugby. Players continue developing their core rugby skills while becoming more involved in non contact team games and festivals.

Players train every Sunday from 10:00am to 11:00am and Wednesday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.

This is the first stage where players begin representing Kirkcaldy RFC against other clubs. The focus remains on participation, enjoyment and skill development, with game formats designed to maximise involvement for every player. Throughout the season, players build confidence and game awareness through festivals and match opportunities before taking part in regional tournaments from around February onwards.
